    Girl's Group CAMP

    Girl's Group camp for ages 8-11

    5 mornings of Social Confidence Camp filled with emotional check-ins, activities, 

    discussions and games to explore topics that will increase social confidence and competence.

    • Discovering your TRUE SELF - Self-Esteem

    • Emotional IQ - recognizing and coping with feelings

    • Friendship 101 - Making and keeping real friends

    • Fitting in - Finding your tribe and navigating peer pressure

    • Assertiveness and Self-Advocacy

    • Dealing with difficult kids and bullies

    • Healthy Conflict Resolution

    • Resilience and perseverance

    Camp will run from 11-15 of July at St. George's School.  Activities will run from 9:30 - 12 each day.  Take home packs and resources for parents are provided.

    Groups meet once a week via Zoom. Meaningful practice activities to deepen understanding and develop skills are assigned each week and tips and resources for parents are provided.
